Update 1: Breaking Ground
Homes at the very beginning: laying out the lots, excavating, setting rebar and pouring foundations.
Construction Updates
Many homes are being worked on across Veritas Villages right now, while others have their owners living in them or renting them out. The videos below take you through the stages of construction, from the first excavation to the final finishing touches. To respect the privacy of our owners, we do not show finished homes with their furnishings, but you are always welcome to visit any Veritas Village and see the homes for yourself!
When Veritas Villages builds your home, you will receive videos like these regularly (usually more than once a week) on the progress of your home, so you always know exactly how your home is coming along.
Update 2: Steel Frames & Structure
Steel columns and roof structures go up, and the first walls begin to rise.
Update 3: Walls, Roofs & Exteriors
Walls closed in, roofs on, windows and doors going in, and exterior concrete and paint underway.
Update 4: Final Finishes
Kitchens, doors, tile and paint complete: the finishing touches before homes are handed to their owners.
